CalKeep Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 19, 2026. Last Updated: April 19, 2026.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CalKeep at calkeep.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. CalKeep is operated by LDR Coach LLC. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

CalKeep is a calendar synchronization and scheduling platform that allows professionals and small teams to synchronize calendar events across Google, Microsoft Outlook, iCloud, and Yahoo; manage booking pages, event types, and availability; sync and manage contacts; coordinate tasks, projects, processes, reminders, and notifications; and activate or manage plan entitlements through direct or Marketplace purchase flows.

3. Accounts, Workspaces, and Connected Services

You must register an account to use CalKeep. Each registration creates a workspace, which is the tenant boundary for your data. Workspace admins are responsible for managing users, connected services, permissions, and account credentials.

When you connect calendar accounts, you authorize CalKeep to access, read, and write calendar events and contact data as needed to provide synchronization. You retain ownership of your calendar, contact, and workspace data. CalKeep uses that data to provide the service and related support, security, and operational functions described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Plans, Billing, and Acceptable Use

CalKeep may offer free and paid plans. Paid plans, including Microsoft Azure Marketplace purchases, may be governed by pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, tax, and refund terms presented through the purchase channel.

5. Notifications, Support, and Changes

CalKeep offers optional transactional notifications, including SMS reminders when enabled by a user. Message frequency depends on reminder settings, and users can disable reminder channels in Settings. We strive to keep CalKeep available, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, provider outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Privacy, Data Export, and Termination

Use of CalKeep is subject to the Privacy Policy. Users may export supported data such as calendar data in ICS format and contacts in CSV or vCard format. Workspace deletion and full tenant-erasure requests are currently handled through support.

7. Intellectual Property and Liability

The CalKeep platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of LDR Coach LLC. CalKeep is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LDR Coach LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

8. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@calkeep.com.
